Pilates Mat Class

Pilates (pronounced puh-lah-teez) is similar to yoga but emphasizes strengthening your body’s core to develop flexibility, muscular endurance, coordination, balance, and improved posture, and reducing or eliminating chronic body aches including back and neck pain — with a much lower chance of injury than with other forms of exercise. Pilates is suitable for all ages and can be modified to each individual’s ability and fitness level.  The only equipment required is a floor mat – bring your own or use one of the instructor’s.  Call today to register!
